A: We are a manufacturer specializing in stamping stamps and embossing machines to support EOM & EDM. Q: Can I ask for some free samples to test the quality? A: Yes, for badge stamps, we can provide a free sample,but we need to pay the freight. When you order in bulk in the future, the freight paid will be deducted as a discount.
Q: Does your company provide customized products and services?
A: Yes, it's our greatest advantage to produce products according to your special requirements.
Q: What has your factory done in quality control?
A: Quality is our top priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end.
Q: Why are some of your products a little more expensive than others?
A: We believe that competitiveness comes from quality, not price. When you buy cheap products of poor quality, you can get short-term benefits, but you can get long-term benefits from high-quality products.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept telegraphic transfer and Made in China Trade Insurance platform transactions. If you want to use other payment methods, please feel free to contact us.
Q: How did your company deliver the goods to me?
A: For small items, we recommend door-to-door delivery, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex (usually 3-5 days). For large or heavy cargo, we recommend air or sea transportation. We welcome you to use your own freight forwarder or freight forwarder. We can deliver the goods to their warehouse and cooperate with them to complete the shipment.
